At Victoria Home Inspections, our inspectors draw upon their education and vast hands on experience in the building trades including new construction and renovations. It is this experience that helps set us aside from the competition. We take the time to do a thorough inspection, and continually exceed expectations.

We offer a variety of inspections including pre-purchase, pre-listing, and pre-offer home inspections, new construction deficiency inspections, thermal imaging inspections, 2-5-10 home warranty inspections, and WETT inspections.

Following the inspection, we will review our findings with you, and answer any questions you have. You will be emailed a .pdf copy of your report the same day as the inspection. Some inspectors offer on-site generic reports with very little detail on your investment purchase. We take the time to put together a full comprehensive highly detailed report that identifies and illustrates the problem areas. Many clients have used our reports to negotiate better deals from the sellers and their insurance providers. Sample reports can be found here.
